Material Must be Insured By the Customer, the customer is itself Responsible for Material or Goods carried by us.
Loading and Unloading of the GoodsBefore, After or During the Transit will be arranged by the Customer.
Custom Hold Days allowed: 1 Day Indian Custom ,and 1 Day Nepal Custom . Total 2 Days, any Extra Period of halt/hold of the vehicle at Border will be charged as Rs.2,000/- per day basis (All Charges in
INR-Indian Rupees).
Bilty Charges Rs.500/- each bilty will be charged extra.
All Custom clearance and Related Internation Trade and Transport Papers is customer’s Importer’s Responsibility.
If by fate, Nepal border closes unexpectedly, then Detention charges Rs.2,000/-per day and Unplanned and/or Unessential Unloading of Material at Indian Border will be charged Rs.700/- per day extra as Godown charges.
Advance Amount of at least 70% is required to be paid at the time of loading and restis required to be paid at India -Nepal Border.
Minimum Charges 500 km .It may be negotiable as per contact and deal.
Lorry(s) will reach the Loading/Pickup point with in 24 hours after Booking Confirmation,
